What Brought us Here: At this point in the field of NLP, thousands of people have gone through basic Practitioner Trainings and Master Practitioner Trainings. Yet few have fully mastered these skills to the degree possible. Many trainings have become shortened, with the result that many Master Practitioners are asking: · “I have all these methods and tools. How can I know what method to use when?” · “How can we really reach the depth of artistry and skill we know is possible?” · “Where can I learn to really integrate NLP principles & methods so that I can work effectively and seamlessly with my clients...and with myself?” · “How can I get the opportunity to begin at the level I am and quickly go further and deeper, rather than simply covering old ground by reviewing what I already know?” Here is your opportunity for this... and more! Experience the latest methods and understandings that guide the work of
five great innovators – Master Trainers Andrew T. Austin, Nick Kemp,
Lucas Derks, Danie Beaulieu and Steve Andreas. Watch as they
demonstrate complete pieces of work, using new patterns of
intervention, and including some of the latest twists on familiar
patterns. Each trainer is committed to demonstrating
sessions with clients who have no prior experience of NLP,
followed by
modeling and discussion of what occurred, as well as space for
suggesting
alternative interventions that might also be useful in reaching a
client’s outcome. (Samples of all these trainers can be found on You
Tube.) Each trainer will also include focused training segments
teaching specific new
skills and processes, followed by specially-designed exercises so you
can explore first-hand with a group of experienced participants. Participation Prerequisite Our intention is to make sure that all participants get the maximum benefit from the Advanced Mastery Training. To that end, we are inviting those who already have certification as NLP Master Practitioners, or other equivalent experience in NLP. If you would love to participate and aren't sure if you have enough background, we invite you to ask us. Send questions to: AMT@toolsfortransforming.com Videotaping: We plan to audio record the training for participants only. We will be asking participants to sign a standard release form as a condition of attendance, since there may be portions videotaped for specific products. For years we have dreamed about a new training model, centered around several creative and skilled NLP Trainers teaching collaboratively within a collegial frame that welcomes feedback and divergent views. In 2009 we launched the first Advanced Mastery Training with great success. With that foundation, we're confident that this year's training – with more trainers, all new content and one more day – will be even better. Check out what participants are saying about last year's training. (Scroll down a bit and read the right hand column.) What's Different about this Training? All trainers will participate in the entire week of training, and all participants will have a minimum of Master Practitioner training or the equivalent. This offers you unprecedented opportunities to learn from many experienced points of view in a collaborative give-and-take focused on development and discovery at the growing edge of NLP! 2010 Trainers: Andrew T. Austin Nick Kemp Danie Beaulieu Lucas Derks Steve Andreas Including several different master trainers provides a unique opportunity for participants to experience a wide variety of styles and orientations.
