 Leadership Collaborative Goals

Over the next year members of the West Virginia Leadership Collaborative will

(1)  Study current West Virginia practices, processes and policies related to educational leadership

(2)  Synthesize information from educational leadership theory, research and practice throughout the country

(3)  Develop recommendations regarding statewide standards for teacher, principal and superintendent leadership

(4)  Design a leadership development continuum

(5)  Propose changes in practice, policy and code that effect leadership development and support
