I'm Senior Engineer at Crytek Frankfurt HQ on CryEngine Sandbox for Cinema, and Associate Editor of ACM Computer in Entertainment. Before I joined Crytek, I worked at INRIA as a postdoc researcher on natural inverse kinematics, motion compression as well as real-time model reconstruction from 2D image slices, during April 2007 to March 2009. . I received my Ph. D from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University on Jan. 6, 2007. During Oct. 8 2006 to Mar. 8 2007, I worked in the AEC (formerly BSD) group of Autodesk Inc.. Mainly focused on developing Autodesk Architecture Desktop. I was a research intern in the Internet Graphics Group of Microsoft Research Asia from Jun. 10, 2005 to Feb. 17, 2006. Previsous news: 2008 impact factors of CG journals updated. Our paper Motion Compression using Principal Geodesics Analysis has been accepted to Eurographics 2009 and got the best paper award.
