As the Women's Club Ultimate Frisbee team of Washington University in St. Louis, WUWU Tilt travels to weekend tournaments and plays competitive Ultimate. Regardless of experience or skill level, we'd love to have you join us. We're always looking for new recruits, and we'll teach you everything you need to know about the game. Team History WUWU (Washington University Women’s Ultimate) formed in the fall of 1999 and was recognized as a UPA College Team in 2000. The group made its first trip to the College Championships in 2001. Winning just a few tournaments throughout the Central and South regions the last few years, WUWU has had a breakout season in 2009. This year we've added 'Tilt' to our identity: just as tilting trains are specially built to take curves at incredible lightning speed, WUWU Tilt has turned heads, taking the South region by storm. Proudly sponsored by Five Ultimate, we won Glory Days, the Harvest Moon Spirit Award, and the Hendrix Ultimate Experience during the regular season. Then, with a huge group of energized recruits, plus some fresh grad student talent, and topped off with the training regimen and contagious dedication of our new coach, we swept the Ozarks Section and South Region to qualify for our second Nationals appearance in team history.
