A SIMPLE AND POWERFUL
 MEDITATION TECHNIQUE FOR EVERYONE    
 
 
                           
                     Conceived and overseen by the venerable Thai Buddhist monk
                                Luangphor Viriyang Sirintharo, this introductory course, intended
                                for the beginner and known as the Meditation Instructor Course,
                                is a unique and intensive one.
 
                                Classes are held in the evenings from 7 pm to 9 pm, Monday
                                 through Friday, and consist of both a theory and a practice
                                 component of walking and sitting meditation.
 
                                 This six-month meditation course in Vancouver, presented by
                                 the Willpower Institute, is suitable for people of all faiths or of
                                 none.  It has been much commended by its many appreciative
                                 students in Thailand and across North America.
