Whitetop Public Library has hosted e-commerce classes where students have learn to design web sites for businesses, churches, and other organizations. Whitetop Library offers public computer use, books, magazines, books on tape and CD, music CD's, movies on VHS and DVD's,
for check out with your library card.
The Friends of the Library have interesting displays that change every three months.
