17 YAY, 1 NAY On March 30th, at the Committee Chairs meeting, the ballots were counted to determine whether or not to enact the WPEB Governance Charter proposed by the station's Governance Committee (attached below). Six members were in attendance. By a vote of 17 "yes" ballots to 1 "no" ballot, the WPEB membership voted in favor of the new governance structure. |
