Wornington Green estate in North Kensington, London W10, at the top of Portobello Road, was built between 1965 and 1985. If properly maintained, it could last for 100s of years; that was the brief to architects. One of them has been back and confirmed this. We chose the words 'OPEN, HONEST AND UPFRONT' as our motto, as this is how KHT promised to deal with us four years ago. Since then they and their 'Resident Alienation Team' have lied to us, to the Council and to the Councillors. They are planning 53 fewer family homes than currently.
