Northern Sweden is one of the least populated areas of Europe and boasts ski season running well into may with skiing under the midnight sun. Just a short flight from the UK, Sweden is a great option for a long weekend heliskiing. The northerly latitude provides very reliable snow cover and the stunning scenery is matched only by the traditional Swedish hospitality.

Switzerland

Due to the population density in the Alps and the many National Parks, heli-skiing is not widely available in many alpine areas. Switzerland offers some of the best heliskiiing in Europe and our partners at Swiss Ski Safari offer trips that encompass both countries. Switzerland is almost all mountains and the beauty of heli-skiing here is you can drop in on ancient monasterys, cosy huts and beautiful villages. Snow conditions can be more varied than in North America but the diversity and history of theĀ  Swiss Alps are truly unmatched.

The Southern Alps more than match their northern cousins for scenic splendour and NZ offers some of the best value heli-skiing on then planet.
