Announcements & Reminders

  • Family and Youth Center Opening

The YMCA Youth Center offer young people a place to hang out, play video games, use computers, take part in a game of pool and air hockey, or use a variety of arts and crafts materials.  YMCA youth workers supervise and facilitate center activities allowing parents the opportunity to use the fitness facility knowing their child is actively engaged and well supervised.

Opening:
Friday, February 1st

Hours:
Monday -Thursday: 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm  (center has special hours during snow days and holidays)

Ages:
  6 -14 years old

Note:
Youth ages 5-9 must be signed in and out of the center by an adult, and adults must remain in the facility at all times. Youth ages 10 - 14 can use the YMCA facility with out parental supervision and can sign themselves in.

Come and enjoy music, swimming, basketball, dodge ball, pizza. pop, as well as games in the Teen Center and other mystery activities. Don't forget to bring money for other snacks!  Membership NOT required!! Rules:
1) All participants must wear wrist bands.
2) Negative behavior towards others will not be permitted.
3) Drugs, alcohol, violence and profanity will not be permitted.
*Either of the above can result in a phone call home or a call to the police    
4) Fitness Center, weight room and kitchen is off limits.
5) Loitering will not be permitted on the YMCA grounds or parking lots.
6) We are open to all teens and provide equal access and opportunities for participation.
