I ordered some Resbond 907GF Adhesive and sealant putty from WWW.Cotronics.com. It's non toxic and good for 2350 F degrees. It comes in dispensing tubes, or caulking cartridges, is relatively cheap and arrived amazingly fast from the supplier. Still holding up great. Quite amazing if you had seen how badly broken up my firebox was.
