Woodham Ferrers is a small village located in rural, central Essex, south of Chelmsford. The cottage is a tastefully converted 17th century wheelwrights barn. Facilities include a small fitted kitchen, shower and WC, large living area with a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine sleeping area.

The kitchen has all the usual equipment, including a cooker, washing machine, microwave and fridge.

The living room has a large sofa which can convert to a bed. There is a TV, DVD, VHS tape and small hi-fi system
