Can I just show up without sending an RSVP through Survey Monkey? NO. There is limited capacity for both the workshop sessions and dinner. Please add your name to the wait-list to ensure you are included on the eList for the 2010 SelfDesign/Wondertree Annual Celebration How much does the event cost? The celebration is being gifted to the community by Wondertree Foundation for Natural Learning. There is no cost. What about meals on Saturday? Does the Saturday lunch and dinner have a fee? Saturday BBQ lunch is NOT fully provided. It will be partially potluck. Please bring your main dish, and a side dish to share. We will provide BBQ's for cooking, some side dishes, condiments, water and juice for children. Regarding Dinner. This is provided at no cost. This is a gift to you for joining us in the celebration. Space is limited however, so please RSVP your attendance with the number attending so we can make proper arrangements with the caterer. A dinner ticket is required for entrance, which you will receive when you check in. Alcohol: we provide you with one free drink ticket. Wine and beer is available for $3, organic wine for $4. Is there childminding? We are providing child-minding for ages 5+ only, and space may be limited. The workshops are all in close proximity to all the child-minding areas, and we may require parents to be available for their children. There are one or two workshops that parents and children are asked participate in together as well. Can I volunteer? YES! Please go to the Accommodations page on this site for ideas. Though we are not providing accommodations, we will post offers for homestay opportunities on the Announcements page! What about 2010?
