- ALL Captains and Match Secretaries MUST fully conversant with the WOMEN'S WEST DISTRICT BYELAWS. These are the only byelaws applicable to the Women's West District Outdoor League Competition (this document is located in this website in the "Files" section).
- Please note that teams may NOT rearrange a fixture without the PRIOR AUTHORISATION of the Division Rep.
- If authorisation to reschedule is obtained, Rule 6c will be STRICTLY applied i.e. Matches must be rearranged to be played within six weeks of the original fixture.
- Results MUST be notified to the Division Rep.
- Match Report Forms MUST be posted to the Division Rep.
ALL umpires of League Division 4 matches MUST hold a minimum of a Pass in the Theory Section of a "C" Badge.
