阿斯汤加(Ashtanga Yoga)简介:
 Ashtanga 是一种很古老的瑜伽系统,有几千年的历史,以严谨和科学性著称,有其固定的顺序。这种充满挑战性的力量型瑜伽,能快速地提高体力和专注能力,注重动作与呼吸的同步性,当呼吸和动作轻盈而和谐的同步配合,练习者可达到超越意识的境界,宛如在运动中冥想。由这种锻炼产生强烈的内热清洁身体的各个部位,让它远离病痛,能给练习者一个轻盈而强壮的体魄。
 
如今Ashtanga瑜伽传承者名家辈出,也形成了自己的派系和传统。1975年被美国瑜伽练习者带到西方,凭借科学性和见效快等特点,吸引了大批虔诚的练习者,Ashtanga也成为最受欢迎的瑜伽之一。

哈代瑜伽(Hatha yoga)简介 : 

哈代瑜伽被认为是最古老的瑜伽,是所有瑜伽的源头。的意思是太阳,即阳性能量;的意思是月亮,即阴性能量。哈代瑜伽意指把阴和阳两种力量结合或联合起来,达到平衡,使我们保持理想的健康状况。

 

哈代瑜伽的三个不可分割的因素:意念集中、调息以及瑜伽体位,缺一不可。通过有规律的练习,可使人们获得灵活性、平衡、坚韧、巨大的生命力以及对疾病的抵抗力,还可消除疲劳和安定神经,是瑜伽多种不同流派的构成基础。
 

练习内容:

阿斯汤加瑜伽为主,辅助以哈他瑜伽跟阴瑜伽。
 

练习准备:

瑜伽垫,穿舒适衣服赤足练习即可。

如果有颈椎病脊椎病其他疾病等,请练习前咨询医生避免运动损伤。

4)   You will be participating in this group and recreational activity at your own risk and trained medical personnel and specialized medical equipment will not be provided at the recreation site;
