Francisco Falcone is a Professor at Universidad Publica de Navarra, Spain.
Telecommunication Engineer and PhD in Communication Technology, UPNA. From 1999 to 2000, microwave commissioning engineer, Siemens-Italtel, involved in the deployment of microwave access network of Amena (now Orange) mobile operator. From 2000 to 2008, radio network engineer in Telefonica Móviles. Since 2009, Associate Professor in UPNA. From 2005 to 2008, internal instructor in radio network technology in Telefónica.
 
 
Loutfi Nuaymi, Telecom Bretagne, France
Loutfi Nuaymi was born in Beirut in 1970. He is an Associate Professor at TELECOM Bretagne, Rennes,  France.  He got his PhD in Telecommunication from TELECOM ParisTech,  Paris,  France in 2001. His fields of interest are radio resource  management  and planification in mobile and wireless networks: GSM/UMTS and evolutions, WiMAX and WiFi.  He is the author of ‘WiMAX’, published by Wiley (January 2007)
 
 
Iyad Dayoub, University of Valenciennes, France
I. Dayoub (M’07) received the Dipl.-M.S. degree from the INPL-University of Nancy, France, in 1997, and the Dipl. of Dr.-Ing. degree in electronics from the University of Valenciennes, France, in 2001. From 1993 to 1995, he was an Engineer at Siemens-Damascus. He is associate Professor since 2003 at the Department of Opto-Acosuto-Electronics of the Institute of Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnologies (IEMN CNRS UMR 8520), France. His research interests are focused in wireless communications, cooperative/relay networks and radio over fiber communications.
