Courses:
Run: on snow, depending on the weather conditions, it is possible that the surface is a lawn. 15m accent per lap
MTB: on snow
X-C: rolling and of medium difficult

Late entries (for age groups only):
Additional EUR 10,00 have to be paid, if the registration ist accepted. Late entry is only possible on Saturday, February 13, 2010, between 1600 and 1800.

To compete in the elite, U23 and juniors category, an official entry via the respective national federation is obligatory.
Age Group athletes are entitled to enter directly.

There are sufficient accommodations at Gardermoen (Oslo int.Airport) and the surrounding area during the WM WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP 2009 available.

TRANSPORTATION

 1. European Championships, Lygna.

There is no public transportation from Gardermoen to Lygna so if you arrive by plane and won’t rent your own car from Herz, you can place your order for transportation with our cooperating company, Gardermoen Turbiler. The price per person, bike and skis included , will be 40 EUR. Return to Rica Hotel on Sunday is included. Kindly send your order to the e-mail address below, with names, time of arrival and departure as well as number of bikes and skis.

During the period from February 8^th till 14^th most of the teams will stay at Rica Hotel Gardermoen. The distance from the hotel to the arena at Sessvollmoen is about 12 km and the bus company will establish a shuttle bus service from Friday till Sunday. Transportation at other times for training purpose is also possible. Day tickets will cost about 12 EUR per person.

Rica Hotel is situated 5 k from Oslo International Airport. The hotel has a shuttle bus service, prize EUR 5. From the Airport you can go by train (20-30 minutes) to Oslo City for sightseeing .
