The Whidbey Island Naval Sailing Association exists to:
  • Promote and facilitate sail training, cruising and competitive sailing
  • Assist NAS Whidbey Island in furthering boating & sailing as a sport
  • Establish and maintain contacts and liaison with members of other
    sailing organizations, civilian and military
