Internship in Gesture, Language and Cognition 

  • working on current projects which are related to gestures and speech of normal hearing adults  and children
  • working as a team of research assistants/ undergraduate students
  • coding and analying gestures
  • preparing experimental stimuli
  • providing technical support
  • collecting data at university, kindergartens and homes

  • interested in cross-linguistic comparisons in speech and gesture; use of gesture in communication; language and cognitive functions of gestures; and development of gesture as a medium of communication.
