The season is well underway and we've been battling the heat at practice.  Even at 6:30 p.m. the heat index is still around 105!!!!

This group of runners has what it takes - you get out there and do what you need to to get in shape and never complain (to me : ) anyway )

Great job everybody!  Your efforts will be rewarded on race day!
