Product & Information Updates:
* Food Basics and Metro now have a line of GF items called "Irresistibles" (pastas, chewy bars, pancake mixes, cake mixes, etc.) that are reasonably priced. Make sure you check out the ingredients as they also have some "Irresistibles" products that are NOT gluten-free.
* Fresh-Co has a section with gluten-free products. Check it out.
* Wal-Mart carries a variety of GF foods from Glutino, Patsy Pie, PanneRiso, Arrowhead Mills, Bob's Red Mill, Kinnickinnick etc.
* Bulk Barn has quite a selection of GF products, including Quick Oats from "Only Oats".
* Zehrs at Lauzon Parkway now carries an instant oatmeal from "Glutenfreeda" that comes in 3 different flavours or a variety pack.
* Ade's Meat Market (1995 Tecumseh Rd. W.) is now carrying products from "No More Belly Aching". Look in their freezer section. They also have gluten-free meats.
* Read all ketchup labels as all ketchups are not gluten-free. Our Compliments and Heinz ketchups are gluten-free but Hunt's ketchup is NOT.
* French fries at Wendy's are now said to be gluten-free as they are supposed to be cooked in their own section. Double check if ordering the fries as they cannot guarantee that nothing else is cooked in that section.
