Children: May become irritable and have unusual behavior changes. They may have diarrhea, vomiting, weight loss, distended abdomen, poor appetite and short stature. Children may be labeled as "failure to thrive". Diagnoses may be difficult because of similarities of other diseases.Adult: Symptoms may include some of the following: weight loss, diarrhea or constipation, abdominal cramping, bloating, intestinal gas, weakness, fatigue, depression, bone pain, vitamin deficiency and anemia. You may have many or only one of these symptoms and even could be asymptomatic with no symptoms. Your doctor will know of additional symptoms. |
