Michael Collins at Trowbridge Arts Festival 14-30 Sep 2012

There should be plenty to interest clarinet players during the inaugural Trowbridge Arts Festival this September.

As part of WRMS contribution, the ever-popular Michael Collins (by arrangement with HazardChase Ltd), accompanied by Michael McHale will be giving a clarinet recital in Trowbridge’s newly-refurbished Civic Hall on Saturday 15th at 7.30pm.

The following morning (Sunday 16th starting at 10.00am), Michael has kindly agreed to give a masterclass in which five talented young clarinettists from local colleges will be put through their paces before an eager public audience.

Welcome to the WRMS website

The school promotes and develops a wide range of musical activities within Wiltshire, both independently and in liaison with other organizations, including Wiltshire County Council. The activities are available to anyone interested in playing or learning, whatever their age or ability, and membership is not restricted to those who reside in the county.

In addition to providing opportunities for music making, the school offers a number of related services and events. Most of our activities take place at the music school in Gloucester Road, Trowbridge.
