Lets Get Ready For A Great Season!

The 2012 Spring Meeting and Dinner for members will be on Friday, March, 16 2012 starting @ 7:00 pm in the School House. Remember that this is also the meeting we begin taking memberships for 2012 Ride Season. Be sure to have a current coggins paper for each horse. Bring a covered dish with enough to feed 5-6 because we all love to eat and don't forget to bring something to drink!!

Everyone planning to join Wilson County Saddle Club should attend this meeting because there will be some changes for the 2012 season that need to be discussed. WCSC will also be using physical mail this year so I will need all members updated mailing address so I can send out newsletters and other information. Please use this link to send them to Pam as soon as possible.

The WCSC 2012 Spring Saddle and Tack Auction will be on Saturday 3/23/2012 @ 7:00 PM
in the Ward Ag Center Livestock Barn

WCSC 2012 Sign-ups will be at the Spring Meeting and on Sun 4/1/2012 3:00 PM in the Ward Ag Center Ball-field Log Cabin near the open arena.

A big thank you goes out to Larry and Donna at the fairgrounds for working with us to plan a successful 2012 ride season and Randy who does a great job working the arena each week. Also the officers would love to give a big round of applause to say thank you for everyone who helped work the arena and do fund raising.

We will also have Rider & Judge Sign-in Sheets available prior to the start of the ride each Friday night to help reduce some the confusion about who will be participating in what and aid us in documentation. If you would like to be the primary or secondary judge for a class please sign-up prior to that class starting.

The Wilson County Saddle Club is a family oriented community organization made up of people who enjoy riding horses for fun, and in competition. We also have members who do not ride, but enjoy watching others ride, and just being around a friendly group of people. So regardless what your riding skill level is and whether you even have a horse or not you are welcome to join our club. WCSC is one of the many local saddle clubs that make up the Tennessee Saddle Club Association (TSCA)

Check this site often for ride dates, cancellations, show bill, yearly points, photos, the latest club news and more. The WCSC rides at the Wilson County Fair Grounds (James E. Ward Agricultural Center) in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Membership

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP: Single $40.00, Family $60.00
WEEKLY MEMBERSHIP: Single $5.00, Family $10.00
Weekly memberships do not earn points toward state show or year end awards.

NO Free Ride Nights

Only paid annual memberships in good standing will receive points toward year end awards and State Show qualification.
A copy of the Negative Coggins required for all horses on the grounds and are required to be turned in with the annual membership form or the weekly membership ride form the first time.

WCSC reserves the right to deny membership or admission to anyone.

SPECTATORS: Admission is FREE.
ALL Pets MUST be leashed.
Concessions are available during each ride night.
Absolutely NO ALCOHOL is allowed on the property.
Violators will be asked to leave.
