1. Go to http://www.healthycity.org/c/redistrict_local/re_area/lacity
2. Create an account: go to the top right and follow the instructions. Creating an account allows you to save, share and email your map directly to the Redistricting Commission.
3. Select on the left "Redraw a District"
4. Choose a district: to include GWNC in CD4, choose CD4 from the drop-down list. CD4's current map will appear.
5. On the left, click "add." The drop-down has a choice "Neighborhood Council"
   
6. Select Greater Wilshire NC from the drop-down. Notice that the in the figures below the map, the population increases and the changes to demographics are shown as bar-graphs.
7. On the left, click "Save Boundaries" - name your map, possibly indicating that GWNC is the subject.
8. You are then invited to email your map directly to the Redistricting Commission. If your browser has a designated email program, click a category. The program will address and add a link to a new blank email. If you do not have a designated email program, copy the link in the box and insert that into an email from your preferred email program. If you prefer, you can go back to your saved map and click "report" on the upper right - it will produce your map as a Word Document for you to print or share at will.
