The Scourge of America

            My fellow Americans, there is a scourge ravaging our great nation. This scourge ravages our environment, destroys young ones innocence and assaults our morals. The scourge I speak of is that of homosexuality, a plague ravaging our society, even as I write. While eliminating the right of same sex couples to marry is a firm step forward, I say it is not far enough. We must go further! It is imperative to our national values that we root out homosexuality in all areas it may flourish. Fixing the economy and repairing the nation’s infrastructure are but back seat issues. There is no need for us to focus on any other problems that may irritate the nation. So go forth Americans! Ignore the economy, environment and infrastructure; do not let such trivial issues disturb us from our march against homosexuality.
