New condominiums are available from time to time, that are ready to move in on short notice, or with 60 to 90 days notice, each property varies in availability, some are on the multiple listing service or some offered through Realtor co operation. Prices have traditionally increased in the new condominium market with out notice and most all units are sold on a first come first serve basis. Generally speaking, purchasing the Property, requires standing in a line up, cash in the bank, and cash on which cheques and post dated cheques can be issued, payable to the Builder and the Builder's Lawyer, which is applied as deposit on the purchase. Initial deposits are about 5% of the purchase price. Generally from time of purchase to the date for occupancy an accumulated deposit of 20% is required and payable in stages following the initial deposit during the construction time.
