Client Identification - Why You Are Being Asked to Present ID
When you complete a listing agreement to sell your home or make an offer to purchase a home, your representative will ask you to provide a valid piece of identification such as a driver's license or birth certificate. You may also be asked whether you are acting on behalf of another purchaser.
