I moved to San Francisco in 1994 from Ottawa, Canada. In 1999 I decided to shift my career from mechanical engineering to remodeling the fantastic turn of the century buildings of San Francisco. I strive to balance my passion for climbing and the wilderness, my obsession for good design and high quality building, and most of all the love of my family. Three of the most recent Williams Construction properties are: 1410 Willard Street - condominium conversion, full bath and kitchen remodel. 1450 Hayes Street - TIC/condominium conversion ready. Two level luxury 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat with dedicated media room. Complete interior tear-out. Significant structural re-design. 550 Valley Street - Luxury Noe Valley single family home. Three bedroom/2.5 bath with artist's cottage. SOLD! Other major projects include: 2 Mountain Spring - full floor remodel including rerouting all utilities to provide a nursery, office and en-suite bathroom. 816 Alvarado - condominium remodel in full-on gothic style! Although large-scale projects like these are rewarding, I enjoy helping clients with smaller projects to help their immediate needs. Built-in storage, custom kid spaces, and other one-of-a-kind projects offer their own creative and logistical challenges. Undertaking a large scale construction project in San Francisco involves a huge amount of trust from everyone involved. Smaller projects offer both client and builder the opportunity to get to know each other - give me a call or send me an e-mail with your ideas. |
