| Wicket RAD isn't "1.0" yet, is it ready for prime-time? Wicket RAD is build on well tried and battle tested concepts and experience of Wicket, and we strive for each release to be production quality (although being open source, we do not guarantee any software of course). So in short: Yes, we believe Wicket RAD is ready for production environments, however, before we go to a "1.0" release we want to have built an active community, received feedback and come to a point where it is functionally and API stable. A 1.0 release in our opinion is a point where you have to start to think about backwards compatibility for API's, maintaining existing versions etc, and we don't feel we are there just yet.
