If half of the eggs or more we send (not including extras) are broken, then here's what will happen:

1.) Get a postal worker to sign an affidavit saying that they did arrive broken

2.) Take a picture of the damage and email it to us.

We will then resend eggs if available or issue a refund.

HOWEVER.

We DO NOT guarantee our egg's hatching.  There are many factors involved in the hatching of eggs successfully, such as incubator malfunction, postal carrier violence, or exposure to extreme heat or exposure to X-Rays.  They should hatch if they are treated the way they should be.  If you have a specific complaint, we will work with you, but please contact us privately first.  My email is whiteconfections@gmail.com
