As soon as eggs are collected, they are immediately brought up to incubation temperature. (99.5*)  They are left there in a turner for 3 hours.  Then, they are removed and cooled to a temperature below 50*.  This halts the embryo's development at a stage that is more hardy than the original embryo.  

Studies have shown that this will increase the length of time you can have good (94%) fertility!
