Firstly all our hurdles are made from British Willow (and is almost always from the West Country). What is more they are weaved in this country using local craft folk. Therefore by supporting us you are supporting local producers and more than that, you are supporting a traditional way of life in the Somerset levels and beyond.

Secondly we aim to be highly competitive on price. In  these days of chinese willow hurdles we can no longer promise to be the cheapest in town. But we strive where ever possible to keep our prices as low as feasible. What is more when you consider the durability of our fences when compared with imports (which are often made from indifferent treated willow) our prices are, we think, very competitive indeed.

Thirdly we aim to be flexible in the fences we build. Any odd space or curve can be catered for. You tell us what you want, we design the fence and quote you a price, and we take it from there .We also run a Bespoke fencing service (as part of the cartwheels collective) where we make weave the fence on site, with all the improvements in its integral strength that that allows (to learn more about this click here)
