    Congratulations on being part of the NGPP 2009 Convention at Sea. Between all that Carnival and the Ports of call have to offer as well as the convention we are confident that this will be a time to remember.

Please take a moment to read the Cruise Registration instructions below. Doing so will ensure complete and accurate completion of the forms which will result in a faster and error free processing of your registration.

1)      Please print clearly on all forms. See attachment section below for all needed forms.

2)      Registration choices (regardless of choice we will be contacting you to review the registration):

a.      Fill out and then return the paper registration form and the confidential info form by mail. Forms can be found and downloaded at the bottom of this page.

c.       Contact us at Cruises Inc. at any of the numbers provided below, and we will fill the registration form out for you.

3)      Names of all passengers must be full legal names, no nicknames.

a.      Example: If you go by the name Jim but your legal name is James, then you must use James for the registration form

4)      Please complete all section selections to the best of your knowledge. If you don’t know or are not sure, leave it blank. We will fill it in when we review the form with you.
