Phase 1: Pontoon Construction Day #1Cutting foam boards to the correct length. Using 3M Super 77 spray adhesive to glue the foam boards together.  Foam boards were left overnight to set. Day #2
 Testing the hot wire cutter that Jeff built. Much cleaner than a saw.  The hot wire cuts through the foam without any problem. Day #3 After cutting the big foam board in two, we started shaping the pontoon tips.  Halfway through one tip.  One pontoon tip is finished. Day #4 Shaping the pontoons by sanding with 120 paper. Lovely day for sanding. Phase 2: Frame Construction
Day #5Welding the frame together It's starting to look like a boat. It looks like a boat from this angle too.  Setting up the drive shafts.  Mocking up the frame.  Determining the location of the 16x16 APC props. Phase 3: Putting It All Together
