2012 Wheat Montana Junior Golf

WELCOME!!  On behalf of the Advisory Board at Wheat Montana Junior Golf, we would like to invite you to join us for another year of fun, competitive golf.  This year there will be five qualifying tournaments and a “Wheat Montana Junior Golf Finale.”  Here is the schedule of tournaments.  If you have questions regarding the tour please contact Steve Whitney.  I will also be attending the Family Fun Night Kick Off Sunday, June 10^th, 2012 at Bridger Creek Golf Course from 2:30 – 5:00 P.M.!

•         July 2^nd Valley View Golf Club
• July 9^th Big Sky Golf Course
•         July 16^th Headwaters Golf Course – Ages 7-13
•                                 Madison Meadows Golf Course – Ages 14-17  
• July 23^rd Riverside Country Club
• July 30^th Cottonwood Hills Golf Course – Finale

All tournaments will start at approximately 8:00 a.m.  Exact starting times will be posted at the area courses and at www.wheatmontana.com by Sunday prior to each tournament.

Please pick up your entry form(s) at www.wheatmontana.com or at any of the participating golf courses mentioned above and forward them along with your entry fee(s) to the Golf Director by the date shown on the form.  Please check with your local Club Professional for other junior golf opportunities.  

PARENTS ARE DESPERATELY NEEDED!!!  Each group of 4 golfers must have an official scorer.  Parent involvement in this role is extremely vital in every tournament.  Please consider volunteering, as often as possible, as a scorer.  Scorers may use golf carts (provided free of charge), however, players must walk.  Plus, you’ll get a free lunch!  If you have a basic understanding of the game of golf, you can help these kids learn the game.
