Recommended actions for having pine trees sprayed against mountain pine beetle attack are available by clicking here. Note deadline of 1 Apr 2012 for a spraying contract. The January-February 2012 Newsletter is on line. Updates are continually made to the MP2 HOA Membership Directory to reflect recent changes in home ownership and/or residents. Any MP2 HOA member needing the password to open the Directory should contact the Web site editor. ANNUAL GENERAL ASSESSMENTS DUE
Annual General Assessments of $1,100.00 per lot are due 1 February 2012 and are considered delinquent and subject to an additional penalty payment after 1 March 2012. Payments should be mailed to the MP2 Homeowners Association, PO Box 793, Spearfish, SD 57783-0793. All owners should have also received a written billing statement. Please contact the association treasurer, Tim White, with any questions. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY SURVEY The latest MP2 HOA Newsletter is posted to this Web site. However, we know that folks forget to check, so we also mail printed copies to HOA members who have not yet requested electronic delivery. To speed delivery and save your Association a few dollars, we'd like to deliver your personal copy to you as an email attachment. If you are happy to receive it that way, please notify the HOA Secretary at wfuller44@gmail.com if you have not already done so. With one possible exception, every newsletter published since that date has been located and scanned and is now available as an Adobe .pdf file.
