This is the website for Mr. West's Math 7 and Math 7A courses. Be sure to check out the links, video tutorials, and weekly assignment page. They include many resources intended to help you.  Just a few reminders:

 

Encourage your child to continually check for assignments in class that are located on the assignment board. These assignments are subject to change based on the need to accelerate or remediate the class. I update the class assignments on this website too for your convenience.

HELP SESSIONS:

 

 

Students may attend help sessions with any of the math teachers as long as they obtain a pass in advance.  Please tell your child to ask me for a pass and I will be happy to sign a pass for any of the help sessions listed below.  By collaborating together, the math teachers are able to offer students 6 opportunities for help every week.

All students are encouraged to go to any help session. Even though I may not be hosting the session, you may still benefit. I have heard some students say "I don't like Ms (insert name here)." That's no excuse. We don't bite. I promise.

 

. Please come to help session as you encounter difficulties. Do not wait until the morning of the quiz or test.

** If for some reason your child forgets to get a pass, send me an email, I will respond to it, print it out, and that can serve as their pass. This is ONLY for when I am conducting the help session and not any other teacher. **
