Preliminary Concept A for the Westport Development Park has been added. This preliminary draft concept depicts the full build-out of the Westport Development Park. Uses included the proposed 48 assisted living units of the Adirondack Grand project along with the Westport Medical Center, the Essex County Nursing Home, workforce housing, additional senior apartments and office/commercial space. Municipal water is present and municipal sewer would need to be extended. A zoning amendment would be required to to achieve the density.
