With the exception of the Industrial Park, the concepts do not represent currently planned development proposals or indicate a preferred direction by either the Working Committee or the Town of Westport. These concepts are planning exercises to assist in the evaluation of potential maximum density, development suitability and compatibility. From these concepts will evolve the Hamlet Expansion Plan that will set a physical vision of the future Hamlets depicting an incremental growth process.
