Oliver Wendell Holmes once said that " language is the blood of the soul into which thoughts run and out of which they grow."  At West Point High School, the English department is dedicated to infusing a love of language in our students.  We work to offer our students the tools they need to succeed beyond high school, whether that future is in college or in the trenches of everyday life.
