Our mission is to educate and train students to be successful and productive adults upon graduation from Waterloo West High School, to instill a sense of patriotism and service to country, promote personal responsibility, build teamwork, and provide instruction in basic military skills. Our goal is to prepare cadets for the responsibilities of productive citizenship in the 21st century. To accomplish this goal, our program is designed to meet the following objectives:
Instill in high school students:
