Westerville Crew - 2009 Fall Season – Head of the Ohio

Every family must bring a gallon of drinking water to each Regatta, for drinking, cooking and cleaning.

This gallon of water should be dropped off at the Food Tent when you arrive, in the morning.

Potluck Dishes:   Remember that we are feeding athletes.  In order for them to perform at their best, we ask that you bring Healthy dishes,  Fats will slow down the energy conversion process and sugar energy will be used up too quickly, draining the rower.

Please bring enough for your for your family and friends – Dish should be able to provide 2 servings per family member or friend.

***************Remember to ICE your food to keep you Potluck food fresh**************
