 Other Information:

Boat Loading will be Thursday at 5:15

Coxswain/Coaches Meeting: Sat at 7:00am.  It is a coast guard requirement for all coxswains to attend the coxswains meeting.  Coxswains will be given wrist bands and will not be permitted a launch without them. This is a challenging course.

Arrival Time:  Coxswains must be at the site by 7:00am for the coxswain meeting.  Rowers: stay tuned.  We need to poll everyone to find out if we will be able to unload the trailer on Friday.  That will determine what time everyone must meet on Saturday.

Food

Every family must bring a gallon of drinking water to each Regatta, for drinking, cooking and cleaning.

This gallon of water should be dropped off at the Food Tent when you arrive, in the morning.

Potluck Dishes:   Remember that we are feeding athletes.  In order for them to perform at their best, we ask that you bring Healthy dishes,, Low in Fat and Sugar content.  Fats will slow down the energy conversion process and sugar energy will be used up too quickly, draining the rower.
