Some jobs, like sign making and deliveries/collection, can be done in the run up - but the big push is on the day. From 8.30 to 11:30 am we need LOTS of help setting up + even more at 16:30 - putting up/taking down gazebos, staging, stalls and decorating the hall. PLEASE JUST TURN UP and say you are there to help. We still need:
- a photographer
- wrist band sellers especially earfrom 12.30 til 1.30
- tuck shop
- help selling raffle tickets
- help with under 5's activities
- car park attendant
- help with games such as welly hurling and whacky races
