We are delighted to announce that this year's keynote will be given by Prof. Dr. Marco Aiello:
Constraints at your Service (or: "Yes, I am lazy")
Times are ripe for reducing the amount of traditional programming when building information systems thanks to the Service- Oriented Computing paradigm. The argument will be supported by two concrete examples of declarative approaches for creating dynamic and adaptive systems: (1) the service request language (XSRL) and its choreographic support framework that allows users to formulate their requests against standard business processes; (2) a declarative approach to transaction management in service composition.
