VOLUNTEER ORIENTATION

Saturday April 18, 2009 from 9:30 AM until 11:30 AM.
Please arrive for check in no later than 9am  
     
Thursday April 23, 2009 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm           
Please arrive for check in no later than 5pm

All attendees are required to submit the following items at the beginning of orientation:
o Photo copy of a valid state issued picture ID
o Results of a TB test (conducted within the last 12 months)
o Complete the Background Check Authorization form

Orientation is a requirement for all volunteers who enter the center. Individuals serving with pre-existing groups who have not previously completed orientation are also required to attend orientation.
