The Welsh Judo Association is committed in keeping its members safe and free from harm.

• All coaches are to ensure that up to date medical forms are completed by their players, and to include any allergies they may have.
• Coaches are to review these forms PRIOR to attending any Local, National or International competitions.
• Coaches MUST keep a copy of these forms, ensuring that when a Child goes to an event, the Coach takes the medical form with them, or passes this on to the chaperone for the said child.
