The start of our journey is below -
The new travel adventure is about to begin. You can see last summer's blog below. This time we are departing for a year with the plan of being in Brisbane, Australia for 6 months and Santiago, Chile for 6 months with lots of adventures before, during, and after these major destinations. A specific itinerary has not been finalized as there is lots to do before departing. Kim has resigned her position effective May 11th. Scott returns from teaching an Executive MBA course in Santiago in late May. The house is rented for June 1st so we will be living out of a hotel for a couple of weeks before departing on June 15th. The kids finish school on June 12th. We sold Kim's car. We have secured storage for the motorcycles and Datsun. The Jeep will soon be sold, too, we hope. Anyone need a Jeep? If not, we will store it, as well.
