Though named simply after the street on which it rests, it turns out that Welby Way was aptly named, offering its students a path to success, the Welby Way, which promises each student equal access to a demanding curriculum and the supportive environment one needs to take advantage of that opportunity.  An enriched and challenging environment is the hallmark of Welby Way.  Focusing on achievement in all areas of curriculum, our creative staff exposes students to many innovative experiences. 

Ideally, every Welby Way alumnus should enter middle school with a strong academic foundation and the tools to build on that foundation throughout their lives.  Our goal is to produce confident, responsible, motivated students with critical thinking skills and extracurricular experiences that enable them to succeed in our ever changing community and world.
